Humanistic theory argues that humans have the potential to achieve self-actualization, which is a state in which a person can fully develop their potential.

This theory views humans as living beings with a certain nature, so it is important to humanize people as fully as possible in order to understand and develop the potential that exists within them. This theory also emphasizes the process of self-actualization of each individual, which allows everyone to understand and develop the potential that exists within them.
